Tortoise in the Wild

Hike among the tortoises in the lush highlands of Santa Cruz. The highland terrain is humid and boasts vivid green landscapes with views of the lower island. Walk past the Galapagos Giant Tortoises up close in their natural habitat. View birds such as the Yellow Warblers, Vermilion Flycatchers, and Short-Eared Owls. Hike through the lava tunnels where we observe obscure crystal formations, stalactites, stalagmites and shining minerals. This encounter can be booked for either morning or afternoon.
